How do I place an Order?
Simply select the product and the quantity that you require and add them to your basket. Once you have finished just click on CHECK OUT and follow the instructions.

How long does it take for you to dispatch my order?
All orders are normally shipped within 48hrs of receiving your order and cleared payment.
What shipping company do you use?
We use various delivery companies and services who are reliable and provide a quick and secure delivery.
How long does it usually take for my order to arrive?
Depending on your location it can take 1 - 5 working days from the date of shipping for your order to arrive. In most cases, orders arrive next day delivery within the UK.
The tracking says that my parcel was delivered and signed for, but I haven't had it?
If, in the odd case, the package is sent to the address selected by the client and signed for as indicated on the tracker and you the customer dispute not receiving your order.
Then the dispute will then be between you and the courier company. If we attempt to assist, as we have in the past, the courier will simply point to the tracker and emphasise that it was signed for.
What happens if my parcel is lost or stolen in transit?
If you the customer do not receive your package due to it getting lost in transit, then you the customer will need to raise this issue with the courier company and obtain a "denial of service" receipt, which demonstrates that the courier admits they made a mistake and that the package was either lost or stolen. Once you receive this and transmit it to us, we will act accordingly.

Do you offer any discounts on your website?
Yes, from time to time we do have special discounts available on selected products. Always keep checking our store for offers and discounts.
Do you offer any discounts for bulk buying?
Yes, if you want to purchase a very large amount of our products as a reseller, please contact us to discuss further.
